Berryes, cream cream cheese, cream cheesecake, and fresh basil ready to go.
2 ripe berries, halved and pitted
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ball of cream cream cheese
2 cups graham cracker crust
1/4 cup vanilla extract
1 tablespoon berry glaze
Salt and black pepper to taste

Grill berries, plate cream cheesecake, top with cream cream cheese and glaze.

These bars combine strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and shortcake cookies into the perfect frozen treat.

200g graham crackers
100g melted butter
500g cream cheese
200ml heavy cream
100g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g mixed fresh berries
2 tbsp berry jam (optional)
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1 Β½ cups crushed shortcake cookies
2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
Instructions
Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter to form crust.
Press crust into springform pan and chill.
Whip cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cream until smooth.
Spread filling over crust and smooth the top.
Top with fresh berries and glaze with jam (optional).
Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Mix strawberries with sugar and vanilla. Let sit 10 minutes.
Mix crushed cookies with melted butter to form crust.
Press crust into pan and freeze briefly.
Spread ice cream over crust, top with strawberries.
Freeze again, then slice into bars and serve.
