These bars combine strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and shortcake cookies into the perfect frozen treat.

Ingredients

  • 200g graham crackers
  • 100g melted butter
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g mixed fresh berries
  • 2 tbsp berry jam (optional)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • ΒΌ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1 Β½ cups crushed shortcake cookies
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter to form crust.
